Unfortunately we did not receive help from this product for our sleep issues. We finished the bottle without any positive results.
Oooh we never want to hear this. The good news is that you can cross these all natural ingredients off the list of possible solutions for you. Sounds like you really suffer from not sleeping. I would take a look at your diet for things that may be causing this. There has to be an underlying root cause of it. I have personally taken this myself and it knocks me out! I feel like one of those weighted blankets is on me and drifted off to sleep and didn't feel groggy when I woke up. Good luck with your sleep and thank you for trying us out.
